A Florida man has been arrested…for his 190th time. This time he was arrested on a charge of attempting to steal a truck. Seriously, if you have arrested someone 20 times is that not enough to make you realize this guy is a real issue for your city? Turns out he has charges from 12 different counties in Florida.

When I was little, I used to watch a whole bunch of Popeye the Sailorman. I can’t remember much about it except that Popeye would eat spinach a lot, Bluto was a bully, and Popeye loved Olive Oyl. Oh yea, you can’t forget about Wimpy. After viewing a few cartoons, one came to mind that I thought I needed to share. Popeye stared in Goonland in 1938. The cartoon is about “Popeye the Sailor and his Pappy rescue each other from the Island of the Goons. Cartoon is in the public domain.”
