Jan.23,2009A Florida man has been arrested…for his 190th time. This time he was arrested on a charge of attempting to steal a truck. Seriously, if you have arrested someone 20 times is that not enough to make you realize this guy is a real issue for your city? Turns out he has charges from 12 different counties in Florida.
